As a preman69 account holder, you are fully responsible for:

• All game outcomes are final. preman69 will not reverse a valid game result except in cases of a proven technical error that demonstrably affected the outcome.

When an account is closed at the player's own request and there are no fraud issues or terms violations, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the player upon completion of the required verification process. This process typically takes 3 to 7 business days.

Players whose accounts are terminated by preman69 due to a breach of terms may not be entitled to any withheld balance if the breach involved fraud, bonus abuse or money laundering.

The preman69 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While preman69 makes every effort to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, we cannot guarantee that it will always be free from interruptions, technical errors or unplanned downtime.
